Finishing up a mug of Peet's Summatra Blend coffee, and now moving way, way over to a Lung Ching Dragonwell tea. This is perhaps the best known of the China Greens, and a delight if brewed below 195F. (Gets too bitter and grassy for me above that temperature.)
