Back in the day when the stories were new, I really enjoyed Jonathan Valin's Harry Stoner series.

Client Privilege is the ninth in the Brady Coyne series by William G Tapply. It has dropped to $1.99 at Kindle US. I've quite enjoyed this series over the years.

The Square of Revenge is the first in the Pieter Van In series by Pieter Aspe. I've read and enjoyed the first two in this series; haven't gotten to the third one yet (third in English translation - there are a gazillion titles in the series, but not yet translated into any language I can read from the original Flemish). The Daisy Gumm Majesty Box Set includes the first three titles in the (you guessed it) Daisy Gumm Majesty series by Alice Duncan. It's only $0.99 at Kindle US right now. I have read all of the titles in this series and really enjoyed them; this series, which I only recently discovered, has rapidly become one of my favorites. I have some bias towards the setting (Pasadena, California, in the time just after WWI) since I lived in Pasadena for many years (although not just after WWI ), but I still think most people would find this to be a fun and engaging series.

Way back in September, 2014, peachiekene posted about the first Die Laughing box set. At that time it was only supposed to be available through the end of the month.
