Does your Voyage vibrate, clunk of something else?
For haptic feedback, my "Amazon refurbished" Voyage makes a clunk sound in the back when I press a button. I thought I remembered testing one a year ago in the store and it vibrated.
Curious as to what others notice. |

Mine makes a very faint "clunk" sound, and — it may be my imagination — but I think I can feel a very gentle and brief vibration.

OK thanks. Mine clunks in the back, it does not vibrate at all. I thought amazon debuted these with a vibrate, perhaps they changed the technology because of problems.

I call them thumb farts.
![]() My Voyage is 14 months old and the feel seems to change sometimes. Sometimes its more of a thunk thunk, sometimes a bit of a vibrate, although more of a vibrate of the case. There are times when I can barely notice and just get a very faint ump ump. And I always had the setting on low. It just seem to vary a bit. Didn't bother me in any case, although I did have it off now for a month after it went to the faint ump ump again. I couldn't feel it, even using the high. Now I turned it on to low again and its just fine, very noticable and doing its thing. I think mine is a bit moody. ![]() |

And to think that noise turning pages is Why people requested the Touch! My K3 would click when I turned the page never bothered me. I miss it on my PW3 Maybe has something to do with the phy page turns on the Voyage? Does it make the noise when you use Touch?

I am not crazy about touching the screen or making gestures on the screen to turn pages. I'd rather keep my fingers on the page buttons on the side and then just press lightly (you can vary the pressure from light to heavy in the settings). For this reason I kept the K3 (and also because the K3 will play audio files, and use 3G on browser for emergencies). |
