Had my password reset finally today.

I talked to customer service because I had accidentally purchased a duplicate book. She said that since the print book and digital book sites merged they no longer check for duplicate titles.

I also asked if using more than one coupon code is what locked me out and she said yes, that you can only redeem one a day. I told her that I knew we could only redeem one code per day (using our points to generate a code) but that no where on the site does it say you only use one redemption code to purchase a book.

I know I have bought more than one book in a single day with free codes before and not been locked out. But maybe 2 or 3 is the limit and anything 4 or more locks you out? Anyway, I asked if they could fix that or if not to add a caution to the site.

She gave me back the points so I could get a new code to buy the right book. But I just used one of the older codes I already have.

I know I've used three codes in one day, don't remember if I've ever used more. They should definitely mention it on the site and also in the emails for the codes.

I have been getting the Love Inspired Classics. Most of them have 2 books each. So I believe as long as the eBook(s) are $8.99 or less you can use My Reward coupons for combined/bundled eBooks.

I recently got "“Family For Keeps And Sadie's Hero” by Margaret Daley. Just a word of warning: this only had 1 eBook. I have let Harlequin know. It has been sent to the "Technical Department" and I haven't heard if it has been fixed yet.

I finished it. The Kathleen Turner series. I got say the first three books are five star reads but the fourth book was where things lost steam and started to stumble. it was a three star for me. The last book was jus a mess and the 45 minute epilogue really to me just sucked. It felt like a bunch of filler and I felt the book dragged on and on 75% in.

I also felt the author spent so much time with first half of the love triangle that the second half was rushed through and the development felt very forced. I'm just relieved I didn't spend money on but the first two of the series. I'd say book 3 was my favorite.

Love triangle? Is that just in one of the books or in the whole story arc of the series?

Yep. The whole story is about two guys and one girl told mostly in first person by the heroine although there are some third person in the latter books that just felt weird.

Funny, that is about how mostly I felt also. The first 3 are what I inhaled in like one after the other. I still loved #4, but the writing was on the wall and the 5th, although still good as it completed the series was a bit of a mess. I think I said at that point I was glad it was over. Would have been better to have maybe total 4 books and do 4-5 in one and less of the hot mess stuff.

I read the buys point of views books after I finished the series and they read quite nicely. Added some different view point to it and I do not ever like or read the same books from other viewpoint. But since it includes different stuff from the initial books, it worked for me. Probably because of being 1st person.

I am also one of those that hates, totally hates triangles. I still don't read them or like them, this was the only series and it worked for me somehow.

Of course I started her other 2 series with other pubishers and it does seem to be a "thing" with this writer. At least one of the other series. The Ivy one I don't know yet.
