Had it since 2/3 wish I could return it for my money back Really Disappointed in it.
Katie on the HD10 Go to Settings
check Storage
Under SD card Move the slider on the Right hand side of the screen to the right so it turns orange

That will make your Amazon movies download to the SD card. I double checked, downloaded a movie and my amount of memory available decreased so know for sure movie is on SD card.

The time of day when you download a movie and the speed of your internet connection will have an effect on how long it takes to download a movie. Also if you are also using the tablet that will slow down a download.

I was disappointed with my 10 at first but it has grown on me, I like Facebook and browsing on the 10. Reading I will do on my 6HD or 7.

Hopefully, you can get your movies to download on your SD card. Good Luck

Well Let me see I Done ALL that! I also Don't DL til my son is Off his PC. Take 30 mins to Dl a Movie thru Vudu app. Takes 10 Hours to DL the Same movie thru Amazon. You Tell me WHY Cause the Tech at Amazon has No Clue. Also No Clue How to get them to go On the SDCARD. Disapointment is Not how I feel Try pissed that I was Dumb to fall for this Crap! & Wasted ALL this Money! That I couldn't afford to begin with
I Needed something to Play my Prime Moves those I bought & the ones I should beable to Stream thru the Fire.... That Don't work Either! Watch 10 seconds Buffers 15-20 mins! Great way to watch a movie...NOT!
