Combine books and re-order chapters. Epub.
G'day guys, I'm not sure if this is the best spot for this post but here it is.

I've combined two books using the "Epub Merge" plugin. Now I want to re-order the chapters like so.
  • Book 1 chapter 1
  • Book 2 chapter 1
  • Book 1 chapter 2

I'm not sure what I'm doing and it looks a lot more involved than I had thought it was going to be.

Are there any guides on how to do this?

@Vakturion - I suggest you use the calibre book editor to split the combined epub so that each chapter is in its own file, then once you've done that you can re-order the files in the editor's file browser. See Editing ebooks

The editor has specific features that make the splitting and re-ordering relatively easy.
