Other than to tell you it's a stock photo where they photoshopped in a tablet screen on an eInk device I'm not sure. Seems I've seen that device somewhere, but it might have been from one of the other stock photos that use it.

Thanks...my mother seems keen on having buttons on her readers. I've loaned her a few of mine and she just will not use them like the older ones I'd gotten her previously. That one almost looked like it would do

Choose "Go Advanced" for your reply and scroll down to where it says "Manage Attachments." You'll be able to enter the URL there and upload the image as a thumbnail.

It's similar in look to the Pocketbook Basic, Touch & Touch Lux models, but with more buttons across the bottom.

One of these is the one she had (in red of course) that she would never leave the house without. She'd leave us before she'd leave it.

But they were kinda poorly constructed and didn't last long

Problem is, with buttons I know Energy Pro (and Pocketbook, as AnemicOak has said), but I don't know if you can purchase them easily at USA.

So you're wanthing LCD or eInk? Most LCD based readers with buttons died out around 2010 or so when tablets started taking over the LCD based device market. Companies like Augen and Jaytech were a couple of manufacturers. Could probably still find them on places like eBay, but if they're old stock from back in the day I'd worry a bit about how good the battery is now.

The Aluratek Libre Pro looks interesting, but I'm wondering if, at the listed price of the ematics compared to what i paid back then, I could just grab two (one as a backup) of those. I didn't know they still sold them till I start talking to you guys about it. Then I'd just Load everything to the SD so if it breaks I just put the card in the other one. Hopefully she'll be ready to move up by the time they both wear out. She doesn't leave the hose as much anymore, but the construction issue shouldn't be as much of an issue.

She didn't want to move from a candy bar phone to a smartphone now i can't get her to put it down.

You can get Sonys for cheap on Ebay and they still have buttons. Battery life may not be the best but some batteries are replaceable. Love my Sonys!
