Called the excuse was they Havent updated the site. Prime has not been included since Early 2015. I told the CS person here in the United States that's False Adv. Since Amazon is US based they should Honor or take the ad down. Needles to say CS person was Not located in the US so had no clue. But Very Surprised I even got a New phone.
Said Fire Phone Discontinued

Wish they Unlock the 64 gig Fire phones & lower their price.

That sucks. I would call or chat, and be very polite, and explain that you are disappointed and feel you were misled. If the person does not offer you anything to alleviate your disappointment, I would ask for their supervisor. You ought to at least get a gift card or something for your trouble.

So I haven't been feeling up to calling about the Prime... was Planning on trying this coming Monday. Went to the Dr & messed around Walmart ...got a ROKU Streaming stick in case I did get the prime. Blu-Ray Player crashed a few months ago. Didn't even use the Movie Streaming Primes for couple months from the other Fire Phone. Got Home theres an E-Mail My Prime for buying the Fire Phone is Up & Running! SURPRISE!!!
