That's good, because no one likes tattlers, which is why I'm not telling you, mum, that BOb used copy-and-paste to write out his lines.

Cheers,
Marc

Welcome to the group Carol!!! We really are a very friendly group, even if some people/monkeys forget to follow the thread topic on occasion. If you have any questions just ask, someone will pipe up with an answer.

Wait! I love asparagus and Lima beans. I might even enjoy them at the same meal. I'd make the boys eat yams or Brussels sprouts or both.

Excellent! I'm glad we haven't...overwhelmed you with our banter around your introduction. Please consider it an "inclusive sociability", rather than a difficulty with topicality.

I like salt-and-peppered, fresh asparagus chucked on the BBQ with a nice fillet of steak, and served across the latter with a small dollop of dijonnaise - easy summer meal.

I've never had okra. Where I live now I think I've only seen it in cans, though in Sydney you could get it fresh at the fruit-and-veg and in supermarkets.

Cheers,
Marc

I've had okra in curries and was distinctly underwhelmed by it. I have no idea how it was prepared before it got chucked in the sauce, other than possibly, badly

Yes... I was wondering what you were talking about. Asparagus is quite good. Also, quite expensive relatively.
