How come James Stephens is in the library? He died in 1950, so he isn't PD in Life +70 countries.

A search of the U.S. Copyright Office returned no hits on that book for either Stephens, James or Crock of Gold, although there are multiple instances of recorded performances or music from the dramatization that are in copyright. Having been published in 1912, it should be in the public domain in the United States, but it may be in copyright elsewhere.
