There is a known bug with downloading books using the browser, but it does work. I have been able to download epubs, PDFs and CBR.

The bug happens if you cancel a download. After that, pressing a download link will flash the screen and do nothing else. But, the solution is to exit the browser and reopen it.

I suffer this problem too. But what is the way to completely exit from the browser ? because switching to the menu and back does not help at all. I have to reboot the device to have the browser working fine again for download

For me, returning to the home page and opening the browser again fixes it.

Not so much a bug, but a future app removal in later firmwares.

I asked Kobo customer support whether the Sudoku app is being updated, because the difficulty levels are messed up.
They replied back that it wasn't being updated and are planning to remove it from future firmware release.

The biggest bug fix is from 3.19.5613. The slow selecting of test with ePub is fixed. You would select a word and then to select more text was very slow. Now text selection is back to normal.

I've reported this thread to be stickied multiple times. Who dropped the ball on stickying this thread?

And why should this thread be a sticky? What's it long term usefulness?

The latest firmware discussion threads have never been stickied.

There is no reason that a sticky has to be permanent. The mods could sticky/unsticky the latest firmware discussion thread as new firmware is released if they feel that it is a good idea. Actually, maybe having the last two stickied would be a good idea. Or at least not immediately unstickying the previous when new firmware is released.

It should be stickied until we get a new firmware and a new thread. It makes it easier to find this thread.

I like your idea of the last two firmware threads be stickied.

Ever since my Kobo Glo HD was upgraded to this firmware version, the battery drain is wicked fast. Is anyone else having the same issue? It used to last days, if not weeks on a single charge. Now, it's draining to dead overnight.

Battery on this fw is still as rock solid as it has ever been. I even think I will stay on this firmware for the coming months as I really don't have anything to complain about.

One major bug fix is that the very slow highlighting with ePub eBooks has been fixed. It was very slow on the previous 3.19 firmware.
