Polishing = forced replacement of Jacket (v2.47)

Dear Kovid,

The polishing function replaced the jacket page, even when the "Add/Replace metadata..." box is unchecked. I'm using a custom jacket file stored in %appdata%\calibre\resources\jacket.

PS: I know you are away now. I just post it here, or I will forget

If you choose to update metadata, then the jacket will also be updated, since it contains metadata.
