A dry microfiber rag is my choice for cleaning my reader or tablet when they need it.

I do too but I also use a soft makeup brush used for blush to get rid of dust and hair around the edges. It works well for dusting.

I do use a little water if need be, but not often and just on a damp MF cloth.

I was Told Anything Liquid on the Screen would Damage it. Would cause the Bright white lights.

Water is OK if it's just on a damp cloth that's not dripping. You use it to get out gunk that a dry cloth won't get out. No Windex or anything like that.

Trying to Find out REAL Information. And seeing How many People on her Complain about the Bright White Lights. I would think Learning how to Care for something You Paid for ......

Who said no water? The H2O is allowed to go into water. In fact, Kobo did a promo video of the H2O in a pool with chlorine. If the H2O is allowed to have the light layer to get wet, then so is the Glo HD. If water would ruin the light layer, then there is no way the H2O could be certified waterproof.

Water on the screen of my Glo causes a bright spot (if the frontlight is on) while the water remains there, but it does no permanent harm, the bright spot disappears once the water has been dried off.

I usually use a dry microfibre cloth on my Glo, but now and then I use water if there is something stuck to the screen (like a dried-up spot of tea). It has done no harm in the three years I've had it.

What about alcohol to clean the screen? I use that on my phone and it gets the finger marks off the screen
