css, you mean customer service? You say they changed the teal? I can't check at the moment as the site is not loading for me right now. I think they are just overloaded right now with fiddling.

How would one use the CSS posted at the Feedback group? Also, I've found a lot of very good feedback posted does ignored because the staff don't care.

I copy it at Stylish extension.

Sorry, not, formating style, aside of customer decision. They didn't change it (although they say they are working at it), I did it with an extension for my browser.

I have no idea what css is so not able to change any of that. I only know how to click and install a extension. No clue how to do any website stuff or font stuff and don't really want to mess up anything. So I'll have to live with the teal until hopefully it gets changed.

I just installed the stylish extension. Now I can fiddle and try to fix what they broke.

I'm not a member of Goodreads but I do read reviews. I didn't notice a change in color or font size, but the text looks blurry. Hope they will fix that.

I don't have a problem with the layout changes, but the new fonts are terrible. Makes it much more difficult for me to read.

Aha, so it is different. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me. The new look vs. the old look . . . either way is fine with me. Doesn't make much difference in my overall experience over there at GR.

Here's how it looks in Firefox, Chrome, and IE on my computer. Amazing how much of a difference there is.

Thanks for showing that Chrome is not worth using. It is noticeably the worst of the three.

Wow, no wonder my eyes were tearing up. I use chrome only, I will not use another browser. So I see its the worse. They could not have tested this mess on anything but maybe IE and some devices.
I have to still use the stylish extension just to be able to read. I know others are able to fiddle even more with those looks with fonts and colors, but I have no clue how to do those things so I am glad at least someone made a template so to speak for those like me. Its not perfect, it makes it readable. There are still areas where there are a lot of bugs. Stuff not fitting correctly, running words into numbers.

I don't understand these statements. On my machines (Windows/Linux using Chrome), the fonts are definitely a bit sharper than they they were before the changes. Not a drastic improvement, or anything, but certainly not worse.

I agree it (Chrome) looks the worst in the images @shalym has posted, but that image is simply not representative of what I'm experiencing on my computers. *shrug*
