I am thinking it was a bug. Even from a list of Amazon books by the author it was showing free, but when you clicked on the link it showed as $8.69.

That is a good price for the two books. The first was originally titled Gone To Texas and the second The Vengeance Trail of Josey Wales. The books were very good even if I did not admire or like the author.

It's in the public domain in the US, also available for free all the time at Gutenberg. LOL! I haven't bought many Delphi editions, but two of them (Stevenson and Trollope) are now free.

ETA: It seems as if only Louisa May Alcott is free on this side of the pond. Now I feel better!
