This book seems very familiar. I am almost sure that someone else or I posted this freebie the last Christmas season. So, before downloading it now you might want to check your hard drive or wherever to see if you already have it.

The book is Figgy Pudding: Stollen and Tamales. It is a 31 page booklet of international recipes for the Christmas season along with the stories that go with them. It is provided courtesy of an outfit called Knowledge Quest.

The recipes sound wonderful, and the beautiful photos make the dishes even more appetizing.

Just putting it out there... I noticed on luzme.com that Great Food Fast by Bob Warden was on sale at some point for $1.99 but now it's gone back up. I've added it to my watch list but if anyone sees that it has gone back down to $1.99 could you pretty please post here? Or any other cheap (preferably free ) pressure cooker cookbooks? I have one by Annette Goodman that was posted here a while back.

I took advantage of the BF Instant Pot amazon deal...

Are you on Facebook? There is an official Instant Pot community there. I have joined it and there are always free/cheap recipe books posted. Plus so many recipes and hints about how to use it. I took advantage of the black friday sale also and am learning all I can!

Yep, I'm following that group! There are a TON of posts though and I'll miss some for sure because I only check FB for a couple of minutes a day. I've cobbled together some of those recipes to make my own "book". Hope you are enjoying your pot!

Sadly, I have not had one free day since it arrived to unbox it and play with it I have to before Christmas, though since I bought one for my son and daughter-in-law and need to be able to explain it to them!
