Does your netbook have an embedded keypad, that is, secondary markings on keys on the right side of the keyboard, like the U I O P keys, which become numbers when numlock is turned on? Those may work (with numlock on).

It's the principle of the thing: they want to make sure you pay every last cent they say you have to pay. Wouldn't want their precious devalued.

The same does not apply directly to the publisher however, at least in Harlequin's case (they also sell Avon titles there too). They not only have coupons, including ones that can be stacked (recently they had enough to stack and get books for free), but also a points rewards program (much better than Kobo's) where one can earn free books.

I was initially under the impression that you had to completely "fill" a Prime Pantry box before it could be shipped, but I learned that's not true.

I used one of my $5.99 Prime Pantry shipping credits yesterday. Amazon doesn't carry many of the items I usually buy at the grocery store, but I did get some boxed cereal and a few other things at good prices.

I don't want to order anything else at Amazon until the $1 digital credit returns. So, please post if you notice the credit's changed again.

Darn, getting the 5.99 pantry again offered. I'll wait on my vacuum bags. I want the ebook credit. Its been great for the stuff I don't need right now and buying some books off my wishlists in the process.

Sounds like you & everyone in the UK are getting great deals on prime digital credits Yolina

I don't know why Prime US seems to always offer only Pantry deals as credits when they know people are ordering more for the Holidays. I would prefer the digital credits instead of Prime Pantry credits too.

We have 7 orders awaiting shipping right now, all with no rush credits. They are making us wait for them though, I've got an order from the weekend that has been in preparing to dispatch for days.

My no-rush tally so far is 25 orders (£167.27 total spend on those, so £6.69 per order on average; I make that just shy of 45% back ). £75 worth of ebook shopping spree coming soon

And yes, they're taking their time - the stuff I ordered between last Saturday and Monday is out for delivery right now apparently

(it's 9.35pm here in London for the US lot) , all in a single shipment. They're catching up though as I just got the dispatch notice for something I ordered yesterday morning (and that was with no rush too) I thing they're just sending everything out a bit randomly

Edit: Ooops some confusion somewhere in the system as the latest on my order tracking was showing "Delay in delivery due to external factors"

and that it would be delivered tomorrow but my box of stuff has just turned up at 10.30pm

I checked this morning and they are all still awaiting despatch. I would really like the orders (and the digital credit) by Christmas!

I think their system is having a little trouble keeping up. I only have 3 no rush items left awaiting dispatch, everything else has either arrived or is on its way.

Most of ours are CD's, one physical book and DVDS. for us so not in any hurry. I am creating a wish list of Ebooks though

I'm currently busy buying everything I can think of that fits the following combination:
- I would have bought within the next 3 months or so,
- is no more than £7; and
- isn't cheaper anywhere else once the £3 digital credit is taken into account

Added a few more orders this morning

Spending the digital credit isn't going to be a problem, I have a huge ebook wish list.
