I thought I was but after seeing the new Phone menu I don't think I was. I love it now lets you have a phone bar just like regular Android.

Is there any way to clone a Fire Phone...my first on will NOT stay connected to my wi-fi the other one will...any way to move all my contacts, and other stuff easily?

Transfer all your contacts to the SIM card then put it into the Phone that works.

Katie thanks..got the contacts moved just by moving the SIM card. All the other apps move okay, BUT I really need to find out how to move all the notes I have in the NOTES app.

My first phone would NEVER stay connected to my Wi-fi and after trying for months decided to just move SIM to other phone.

Any help moving info NOTES app would really solve all my problems, I would hate to have to retype all of them.

Install Evernote on old phone then open each note on the Fire Note app and share it to Evernote. Evernote is a much better app and accessible from every device including your computer. Your notes are stored in the cloud with Evernote so once you install it on the new phone and log in they all will be there.

Thank you Blosson! After almost a year of problems with my 1st Fire Phone they are sending a replacement! I appreciate the help.

Has anyone received a re-furb Fire Phone? Did it look like new? After months of problems connecting with wi-fi Amazon is replacing the phone. I think they are sending a re-furb as item shown as Fire Phone 32 GB - R.

No but today I received a Re-Furb PW2 for the New PW2 that broke

Not happy esp after the tech told me it would be new! & I am still making payments on the New PW!!!

They do typically send refurbs. I received a refurb Kindle Voyage to replace my flawed one. I have no complaints about it.

I remember when my son broke my K3 it was 6 months old they replaced it with a NEW K3! This PW2 is barely 4 months old. Besides the Tech I talked to said they were sending a new one. Amazon Service is getting as bad as B&N

They do seem to be losing the quality they once had but I blame the people who abused the system not Amazon.

When my Kindle Fire died in 2011. Amazon sent me a refurbished one. It was dirty. I had to clean it up but till this day it works great. Hubby still uses it.

I just got an upgrade to 4.6.6 I can't tell of any changes yet.

The only thing I know of is that they fixed the last of the Stage Fright issues.

I still have to manually sync to retrieve reading position when opening a book...
