From an an email. I don't know the differences between cards, but I have a Chase Freedom Visa. That may or may not make a difference.

I have an Amazon-branded Chase Visa card, which pays 3 percent on Amazon purchases, 1 percent elsewhere. | |

It's similar to the quarterly Discover 5% Cashback Bonus

Yes, it is. I have Discover and it has 5 percent cashback on Amazon this month. If anyone is interested in a referral, let me know. They have a referral program (no idea what you get or what I get, but I think both parties get something). Discover changes the "bonus" 5 percent every month and then there's usually a quarterly thing too. I think they also have a deal where you can spend your "bonus" cashback directly at Amazon. |

I hear you. I have the origami case and it works okay, but I really don't like the way it flops around when you open it. Once in place, whether open or closed, it works very well. I never use the origami feature, so I would prefer a non-origami case. But then I rarely use an eInk reader anymore, so it isn't that big of a deal I guess.

The formal and correct way to write a date without using a comma is to say such and such occurs on 30 November 2015. We are used to seeing the abbreviated version of Nov 30 here in the USA, but quite frankly how much IQ does it require to interpret 30 Nov as Nov 30?
