I been collecting the digital credit for ebooks, I'll wait for the pantry one to be done. I have no use really for it. I could now actually order a lot of the stuff in pantry with the PrimeNow they just opened in my city and get it in 2 hours.

I guess they just keep rotating.

Yay, just noticed yesterday and got the next order. Overall really most of the stuff I order on the credit gets here about as fast as usual prime. Depends on what it is. We have a warehouse to the east of our city so I guess if the item is stocked there, I get it just as fast. Although they do use pony express in those cases.
I been feeding my kindle on ebook sales with those credits.

Not wishing to provoke jealousy across the pond, but to inform other UK residents:

In the UK over the past weekend it's been £3 for ebooks/music/videos. Even on an order I made today that was £3.19 in total! (Yes, I got a credit of £3 on a £3.19 order.)

I can't find anything in the small print, but I am using my credits on ebooks and certain publishers do not apply with the promotion. I bought books from harlequin, does not apply, bought a Random House today, does not apply. The others did and those were smaller presses like lyrical press. So I guess I can't use the promotion on big publisher books.

...I can't let that slide. I gotta outdo it.

Yesterday, I called Amazon to get a price drop refund on a memory card I ordered. The price dropped $2 less than a day after I ordered it. The system wouldn't let her do it because the refund was too small to justify the expense of processing it. Instead, it gave me a $10 credit. Go figure.

It used to work on big publishers and it quit after they had the Prime Day "sale". I remember getting $3 credit per order that day. If you look at the following, it says eligible e-books. It doesn't explain what eligible means though. You also don't know if it works until after you pay.
