You can download HarperCollins' ereader to your KF. No conversion or stripping needed. That's what I use on my Fire 6.

Not on free eBooks. Same as for when you redeem points for a free book, no points.

lol No this shopping was a special trip for Kids in other countries. We had planned to do two and bought enough for five!

After the rough year we had we wanted to do something special so instead of Christmas gifts for each other this year we are doing shoeboxes for Kids in other countries.

I did get my books though! $200 worth of them for FREE!!!!

I went for the bundles.

That's so sweet.

I started to go for bundles, but then I began to click on authors' names that I know I like, and ended up kicking the bundles out of the shopping cart. Still had four more to go which was rather difficult.

I don't think you need to link them. I just set up HC Reader to be the default epub viewer on my KF6, so any epub file I download through the browser automatically gets opened on HCR.

1. Open Silk Browser
2. Go to your Harlequin ebook bookshelf
3. Download ebook.
4. Open ebook. HCR will open automatically. When the ebook is finished loading, HCR will ask if you want to Go to Library or Read Now.
4a. If you haven't set up HCR to be your default epub viewer, Silk will ask you how you want to view the file. Choose HCR.

That's pretty much it. I've actually tried loading books from two different Harlequin accounts to my HCR and had no problems.

HC Reader basically works like a regular epub reader. I also use it for books from ARe and even Kobo (at least until I figured out how to sideload the Kobo app to KF6), although with Kobo you might need to get an Adobe ID to get around any DRM issues.

Hope that's clear enough.

I never could get all the HQN codes to work right to get my cart free. I applied them from the largest discount to the smallest and before I'd apply the last 10% off, the cart was down to 91% off. Then, that last code would do something weird, and the prices in the cart would go UP. I hadn't used any of the codes before and they were all applied when I double checked so I don't know what was going on.

So, I ended up spending a little less than $5 for 13 books. Still a heck of a deal but any ideas what I did wrong and it wouldn't go completely free?

That happened to me! What ended up working for me was starting with 15SAVE31 first, and then putting in the rest of the codes. Then everything went down to free.
