downloading cover images

I am working with Sibyl and using images from the internet for covers. At present I am having to download the cover image, select the downloaded image file for the cover and then delete the image file after it is imported into the epub. Is there a way to do this entirely from within Sibyl without the need to download the image, import it and then erase it?

I'd say the answer is no. Sigil is not going to dowload images from the internet for you to insert into your epubs (and clean up the temporary downloaded image). Not inherently anyway. There is, however, no reason that you or someone else couldn't create a Sigil plugin that gives you the functionality you seek.

No need for a wagging forefinger. If someone finds the forum but is unable to write the tool (and as he did it twice it was not a mistyping by accident) my answer is WTF.

If you dislike it: spare such reminders, just delete it, ban me, delete my account or whatever.

Please consider auto-correct when trying to post from smart phones, etc. Mistakes like that happen all of the time and will be made consistently, so wagging a forefinger was quite correct in my opinion.
