As for the robustness of device, one must give credit to SONY and their hardware quality. I accidentally dropped the device from my table and unfortunally, it fell right onto one corner and left a serious dent in the wooden floor. The casing however remained perfectly intact (a bit of the varnish came off and I had to redo that, but nothing other than that). Also, it's plain (as in some alloy) aluminium casing, which I think is quite uncommon for consumer electronics which usually get only cheap plastic housings.

I too dropped mine, but only from about a foot up and landed on a corner = no damage.

Is everyone linked to Box.com okay? I have not had luck with this link up.

and does it work for you? I've already tried to insert the foldername with a "/" in both fields but I still get an error message.

this works for me. i can't explain why you are unable to connect.
maybe it has to do with the box account your have. i have a free account, but at 50GB, not the standard free account.

Thanks REM736. I have Box.com synced successfully and working well. I had three extra letters in my instructions on the server address for some reason.
Now having Box, a big SD card, and emailing text if necessary, the Sony is turning into a versatile and productive reading tool. I'm quite happy with it.

3 cons:
1. No backlight sucks
2. No highlight ability with any Zoom sucks
3. The charger port has been finicky (I suspect this is not all units)
