90% Off on this Recipebook of Salads Made from Prepackaged Greens!

Simply Salads: More than 100 Creative Recipes You Can Make in Minutes from Prepackaged Greens. By Jennifer Chandler. Rated 4.7 stars, from 88 reviews at the present moment. Print list price $24.99; digital list price $9.99; Kindle price now $0.00. Thomas Nelson, publisher. 272 pages. http://www.amazon.com/Simply-Salads-...alads+chandler.

Book Description
From bag to table, healthy salads have never been easier.

You've always known that eating green could be healthy, and now it's easier than ever. With the abundance of supermarket selections of prepackaged greens, you can create a restaurant-style salad?along with a fabulous dressing?in your own kitchen.

Before bagged blends, a salad with four different types of lettuces was unheard of. Now there are more than fifty different combinations of lettuces, packaged in just the right size, from which to choose. Think beyond iceberg and romaine. The more than one hundred salads and dressings in Simply Salads are colorful, gourmet, and surprisingly simple to prepare. Whether you're looking for the perfect complement to a main dish or you want a salad that can stand as an entrée, you'll find the perfect salad, including such winners as:

- Asian Salad with Ginger Dressing and Wasabi Peas (page 4)
- Jalapeño Chicken Salad with Avocado Dressing (page 40)
- Crawfish Salad with Spicy Cajun Remoulade (page 106)
- Cheese Tortellini Salad with Sun-Dried Tomato Vinaigrette (page 172)
- Memphis Mustard Cole Slaw (page 223)

No need to. You just did. ha

My mistake. I went back and checked, and it has not been free in at least the last few months. So, I just goofed. Not the first time.

I debated with myself about posting that one anyway. I, myself, am not interested in making salads with wilted, dry (i.e., prepackaged) salad fixin's no matter how creative that I can be with it! I am hoping that peeps will buy the fresh stuff and use the book to make the pretty, tasty salads from that. However, I do understand how many people do not have the time to prepare the food fresh, and they buy the prepackaged stuff to save time. In that case, I hope that they can use the book to do the best with what they have.

Genuine thanks for letting me know about the price error.

I am like you. I was thinking the dressings might be good but packaged salad uhm no thanks.
But then I have been asked why do you make bread when it is available at the store.
Come to think of it my mother asked me the same question about why I am making tortillas.

One I am cheap, two I don't drive and three I am cheap.

I'll take a photo of my library of physical books in the house, which library has bookcases with the sides bulging out and books still spilling over into the floor. I'll also take a photo of the hallways of my house, whose side walls have stacks of dead-tree books stacked against them. And of places all around the house where there are books stuck in every possible space that I can stick some. I think that that will help you. ha

I used to think that I had an obsessive-compulsive disorder, for some reason, regarding physical books (seriously!), but since ebooks have come along I have been buying just as many or more of them as I did physical books. I think that I am just an all-around bibliophile.

You mean I'm not the only one with a book lined hallway. What is a floor?
Do you also have file cabinet drawers full of craft booklets, magazines and patterns?
