Six days of markdowns. Wow.

I know that some of you have been waiting with bated breath to know if there was going to be another UCP markdown, for Monday. ha Well, you won't have to wait any longer. It's here.

I "have to" believe that this will be the last day. But if I get a chance I'll Google the sale and see if I can find out for sure.

Once again, here are all of the UCP ebook sale titles, sorted by price low to high.

I know what I'll be spending a good part of my Labor Day doing.

I think I'm done. Nine volumes of the ancient Greek tragedies, two other ancient texts, two books on the Second World War, one about New York, one about religion and one social/intellectual analysis of an aspect of American history. Oy!

Thanks. I didn't notice that or I would have mentioned it. Mobilereaders love freebies. ha

Unfortunately for me, the shorts series didn't appeal to me. The more expensive ones did. That's my luck. ha

Thanks for the posts. It looks like Charles River Editors has gone high-tech.

The U.S. link near the bottom of the first post doesn't work. I tried replacing "co.uk" in the U.K URL for ".com," and that didn't work either. I wonder if the one on the assassination of JFK is appropriate for younger kids. I haven't looked at it, so I don't know. Just a "heads up."

I just found out that my theory has been blown out of the water. The theory that I'm talking about is that the University of Chicago Press would add ebooks to their sale only through Monday, September 7 (the U.S. national holiday Labor Day, and the last day of the long weekend).

I wish that I was kidding, but I'm not. I just checked the list that I've been using of UCP ebooks at Amazon, which list I have linked to in my posts about the sale. And I noticed new ebooks that I had not seen before. This would have to be considered Tuesday's markdowns.

When will this end??? Is there an end???
