Has anybody else been told that "The contest is not available in your country of origin" at the login when you are in fact within the country of the contest?

My account is Canadian, I'm registered for the contest as being in Canada, and I'm going through the Canadian contest page.

Nope, just tried it in Chrome with Canadian account and it worked fine.
Only thing I can think is make sure you're using the Canadian contest link:
