Every time I'm tempted (esp. during the holidays), I remember the morning I found myself face down on the bathroom rug clutching my abdomen and hyperventilating from the pain (my first flare up) .... and I'm not tempted anymore .... but some days I'd kill to be able to eat a cashew again ...
