I had the Omoton case. The problem is once the Voyage is in the case it's extremely hard to get it out. The 'trick' is to push one corner from behind and ease it out that way, when I did I ended up tearing the back material off from the frame. It went in the bin. I'm one of the 1 star reviews. This issue though would be for all cases that surround almost the entire bezel, the Moko has the same design. I prefer a case that leaves the top and bottom open. My Favourite case is the Swees, its cheap, solid and has a nice black interior that matches the Voyage frame, I don't like the really light interiors, saying that the Fintie is nice, they do a lovely map case which I have for ny HDX 7 (i have the plain purple, which is dark for my Voyage) and I like the look of the Poetic Tree case. Here's some links, but each case has multiple colours Swees http://www.amazon.com/Swees%C2%AE-Am...s=Voyage+Swees Finite http://www.amazon.com/Fintie-Kindle-...age+fintie+map Poetic (seems the Tree is out of stock in both the UK and the U.S.) http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00NQI9KR2/...ing=UTF8&psc=1 Edited to remove an erroneous pasted question from another thread, sorry. I just got my voyage today. I ordered the Moko as it was on sale for $8 and free prime shipping. I will use this one for now. I am going to look at the origami cases at best buy based on users here commenting on how much they like them. Amazon has them on sale for $16 so I may just jump on it.

I ended up getting the official Origami case from warehouse deals on prime day for like ~$30 or so.
I like it, but it's a little hard on the fingers when folded back, unlike my old case. The magnetic-ness of it though is pretty cool. |

I'm dreaming about a silicone case with rounded corners which covers the bezel. It would make possible to add relief where the haptic buttons are located.

I like the "ACcase" for the Voyage. It bills itself as the thinnest and lightest. It's certainly thin and light. And under $10.

I've ordered the Amazon vintage origami case. Had to jump through hoops to get shipping to Australia, but hope to see it early next week.
I'm hoping it doesn't add too much bulk, as the voyage feels pretty good in the hand when case less. Can anyone comment on whether scotch guard would be a good thing to use on the case? Not sure how it reacts to aniline leather... |

I've never heard of "scotch guard", I'm afraid. What is it?

It's a fabric and upholstery protector made by 3M. I've used it on iPad cases, but the leather on the kindle case looks different, more aniline, so I wasn't sure.
When it lands, I might try it and report back. |

Thanks. A web search reveal that it's spelt "Scotchgard" and that it contains acetone. Have you bought the real leather case or the cheaper plastic ("fake leather") one? If it's the latter, the acetone in the spray may well very dissolve the plastic, so at the very least I'd suggest applying it to a very small area of the case first and seeing what happens.

I decided to get the Limited Edition Premium Leather Origami Cover for Kindle Voyage for the voyage I just ordered.
I as going to get just the regular one in black until I saw it was on back order and I would not get my order until some time early next month. Decided I did not want to wait that long. Last edited by cvkemp; 08-08-2015 at 04:09 PM. |

I have this one. I was afraid it would get dirty easily, but I've managed to keep it from getting wet, and it doesn't seems to have picked up any significant dirt. I really like it. I've had it since early this year.

Well I started with a Swees case in Red which I really didn't like and I have just treated myself to a Oberon cover (Cloud dragon in Red) which is lovely. It feels big in comparison with the Swees case but luxurious and solid.

Does it have a magnetic sleep facility? For some inexplicable reason, some of the Oberon cases don't.
