I read somewhere that it's for titles that were reclassified as best sellers but were previously paid out at the lower rate.

This book has always been around $16. I bought it once at Kobo and it was broken so I emailed the author and she sent me a signed copy. So if you ever wanted to read this book now is this time! Roxi told me she thinks this was one of her best books she's ever written. I've yet to read it but it's at the top of my TBR if I get into the mood to read a paperback book.
