I use my Kindle mostly at home and this rubber case offers plenty of protection for the occasional slip-out-of-hand or fall-out-of-bed. Hi Hardy,

I have never had screen protectors for my kindles and never had any scratches. That said, I am usually pretty careful about not opening the case until I am in a stable position. I have dropped them in their cases without damage (knock on wood

). I think you would be OK.

I received my Omoton Case today and while it looks nice and feels snug I'm not sure it's for me.

They use a super soft lining material that is so soft it's hard to grip when you want to read n your Kindle.

Has anyone used the ACcase origami cover? Does it use a similar type of lining material?

Or, even better, anyone know of a case with a strap for your hand to use when holding it? That's what I had on my Kindle Touch but can't seem to find a similar type for the Voyage.

for those of you that want back protection without a front cover, this is what i ordered: kindle voyage supcase. i use a zippered case to carry my voyage, so it's well protected while in transport. when reading, i want it as light as possible but with protection from scratches when i set it down. this case is easy to put on and remove, fits perfectly and adds minimal bulk with no front cover.

edit: when removing the case, it's best to do it from the bottom first. removing from the top portion first has the potential to pry the shiny piano back part on the top of the kindle from the front. and it doesn't look like there's an easy way to snap it back properly once pried apart.

Can't find anything like this for my new Voyage though. Any suggestions? About as close as I see is the official Origami case but it's a book-style case (not a flip case).

I liked the simple flip-out stand attached to the back.

I'd like to be a loyal Javoedge customer again, but they don't seem to have Voyage cases.

About the closest I found was one from iGadgetz, anyone have experience with it?

The Origami case for the Voyage is a flip case.

I really prefer a fold out stand on the back, the "pull out and transform into case" style is OK (I have something like that for my tablet) but it also requires more room to spread out.

Green Monkey - I just replaced a Moko case (that was so hard to get the kindle out my hands still hurt) with https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - the pink on black floral. Super classy looking, pic matches the pattern.

I'm loving the handle and the stand. Nice stitching. Thicker than the Moko but with the handle, it's fine. Really easy to get in and out - just open the velcro flap and slide it in. Sleep/Wake works fine. Very happy and I ordered it Friday night and it was delivered this morning (Sunday - Prime).

I wouldn't touch "Forefront" with the proverbial bargepole. This was the company, if you remember, who sent everyone who had ordered one a notification that their Voyage case had shipped when it had not in fact even entered production yet. They are dishonest.

I agree with you I, but it was the only non Amazon origami case listed on the UK site.

I've just purchased a Voyage and now I need to decide on a case (I don't have the option to try out multiples and then return them). I was pretty set on the OMOTON, but after reading the one-star reviews on Amazon I'm a little leery about the quality... can anyone who has one let me know if this is truly a concern? Thanks!
