Did anyone else get the cover for the i86? Mine arrived today. It has a fitted rear plastic shell, a brown pleather front, and strap. It's also a smartcover. If it's not the prettiest cover I've seen then it's close. |

Is it the Moby Dick embossed cover Onyx was showing in Asia a few months ago?

I recently bought a Plus from a seller on eBay, and it's working quite nicely, but some things which seem like they should be obvious are eluding me... Has anyone come up with a way to organize the library? With as much memory as the i86 has, I'm expecting to get tired of flipping through an alphabetical list very soon. |

On any Android device I find the combination of Calibre (on desktop) and Calibre Companion (on device) to be the best method of organization for me.

http://the-digital-reader.com/?attachment_id=85816 And here's the Inkpad vs the i86: http://the-digital-reader.com/?attachment_id=85817 I had to take them in the dark because the minimum setting on the Inkpad was so dim that you would not see it in normal lighting conditions. That setting is about on par with the Paperwhite's always-on setting.

That said, the Calibre Companion library doesn't impress on an e-ink screen, and having to get to an app to get to one's books isn't all that convenient on an Onyx. So I'm still looking for other suggestions.

However maybe I misunderstand what "splotchy" means (I am not a native english speaker) but if I look at the pictures, for example this one : http://the-digital-reader.com/wp-con...-hdml-plus.png , I don't see no splotches ... ... maybe there is a picture where the "splotchiness" is more visible ? Thanks again

This one shows it a bit better. There are clear areas where the brightness is higher than the rest (most noticeable on the bottom and the right) while the Inkpad is very bright all over.
