FREE/BARGAIN - Audiobooks - 2015

I just ran across a new program at Audible called Onebook. Essentially, you get to "recommend" an audio book to someone through the Audible app and s/he gets a copy of the book for free to keep, while you also retain ownership. Only the first recommendation a person accepts is free.

The program is still in Beta.

I've never read that. I guess this is as good a reason as any.
Does anyone know if LOL has a way to download the whole book at one rather than the individual mp3 files? (Other than a 3rd party downloader.)

I picked up a copy when Whispersync made their initial debut with all of those freebies. It wasn't my favorite but I'm glad I can say I've read it.

In my library when I have a download that is multiple files I have the option to download a "Zip File of all MP3s." If you were looking for a single really long file (like an iThing .m4b file) I don't think they have that option.

That's what I was looking for but I don't see that option.
Not sure why that option would be missing for me. It looks like there's reference to it in the page source, but I sure can't see a link or button.

I used DownThemAll. I know it's only eight files, but still....

For me it was above the first chapter mp3 file.

Well, you don't have any semicolons in the template, to start with ....

You could try using periods for extra padding, but short of table support, you can't really line things up correctly with most fonts.

"Colons" is what I should have written. Very observant.

I think that it looks strange. Although an ellipsis instead of a COLON and spaces might look okay:

Let's see how some underscores make it look:

That's not the look that I want, either. It's worse than ellipsises (sp?).

I think that I know what you mean by table support and lining things up. I don't really care to do that. I just want to put more space between the first part of the line and the second part of the line so that it doesn't look so scrunched together. I want more white space. But it's not like I'm publishing a book, so I guess that I shouldn't make a big deal out of it, huh?

I suspect more white space would make it easier to read. I suggest adding some blank lines. Ideally, group related things, and have blank lines between the groups. Personally, I wouldn't use caps and bold, just one or the other. For example:

Yeah, the lower case for both looks pretty good--opens things up nicely. I don't know about the blank lines from grouping things together, though.

Yeah, I think that if I change from all caps that will be good enough.

Now I need to come up with a Whispersync deal to post, and try it out.
