I am glad to see I am not the only one who knows that moment where you fell to sleep, feeling your reader slipping trough your fingers and wake up instantly to prevent it dropping to the ground, then it is time to put off the glasses and put the reader on the kabinet..so the sleep modus works on humans too

I've set mine for 5 and 15, its great. Last night I was so tired I have absolutely no recollection of falling asleep, but this morning, there was the new Kobo, laying flat on the mattress where it must have dropped, all switched off. Love it.

My red light was up all the day. On the picture, the gHD is sleeping. I’ve shut it down and reboot it : the light is now ok (aka : not there). It seems it was buggy (and without that i’d never notice it). Thanks !

Its quite slow, isnt it. I don't remember pageturns on the old Glo being as hesitant. I can live with it for now. Wonder if a future firmware update might be able to address the issue, or if its just hardware limited.
Oh yeah... and after last night I wont let it drop to the bed again. I found it had slithered under my pillow and shoulder, far from where I was reading (arm's length usually). |
