Sorry, misremembered (right publisher, wrong book) and not at my desk where it would have been easy to look up. These are the ones free direct from Naxos:

I tried this with an existing Audible account that I had cancelled the Gold Plan on several months ago (on another such "offer") and it worked! I now have three months free and have already used my first credit. So definitely worth a try.
