Geminoid: If you turn PMs on in the control panel, I can send you the link. But, that sounds like the battery is flat. Recharge it for at least an hour and try a factory reset using the buttons.

davidfor: Kobo doesn't response any button combinations. Battery seem to be all right, I try it with another Kobo Glo. As for PM - I can't find it in the control panel, may be my activation is still in process.

"Private Messaging" is on the "Edit Options" page of the Control Panel.

Hello David,

I did not use my kobo glo for over a year and when i recently turned it on again it started updating and went completely down during that . I never made an image of my sd card (I know - its stupid ), so i really hope you can send me yours :-). I tried everything else suggested in this topic but nothing worked. I really hope you can help me with the image.

I still haven't received a pm. I enabled the option for pm's in the control panel now. I would really like to get my kobo working so I can continue my reading.
