Warnings after validation in Sigil
Thanks to you, I managed to get rid of most of the warnings that appeared after validation in Sigil. However there are still a few left (see printscreen).

You have links, somewhere in the text, pointing to those files; but those files are not actually part of the epub.
I'd search for those filenames (like filelist.xml) and remove the <a /> tag they're a part of. |

Maybe they are still in the internal toc.ncx, regenerate the toc and hopefully they disappear

lso, once FlightCrew says there are no more errors, validate once more using epubcheck because FlightCrew misses too many errors that epubcheck wil catch.
