And snow. Falling steadily and expected to continue into morning. The local school sent the kids home early, and as I mentioned earlier, the university I work at is closed today (sort of-- there were some final exams scheduled, and I guess they're trying to do those anyway.)

We're supposed to get another bad storm Sunday. It's starting to get difficult to find a date to get the family together for the holidays.

Yeah -- Chicago area too! And I just learned that my direct to PA flight on 12/25 is going to Dulles, Washington D.C. instead, for a 3.5 hr layover. THEN they put me on a puddle-jumper to PA. Oh well --- *THAT's* what my Kindle is for. Three extra hours to read --- woo hoo!!!

If, of course, the weather actually lets my plane go ANYWHERE. If not --- well, there's the Kindle again.

Oh yeah, right through to March or April.

It's part of life in New England. But most of them will be snow, rather than ice, which we're more set up to deal with.

Our national news has dubbed the tripple header storm Stormageddon. Not very Christmassy.

Toronto, being our major airline hub, had a load of cancelled and delayed flights yesterday, which rippled throughout the whole county. I hope everyone makes it home for Christmas, or someplace warm.
