Official Report from the Rhythm Nation on the assignment of Steve Jordan, Grade A-1 Free-Range Sub-Prime Grand Poobah and official extemporizer ad-infinitum: Aruba was fantastic! No lie-- I actually did no reading (especially weird because I did bring books)... I spent all of my beach time writing the sequel to Berserker... I was just too into doing my own writing to read anything else. Rest assured though, I did spend quite a bit of time enjoying the other sights and sounds of the island, the great weather, the friendly natives, and the great food. I vote the next MR group get-together should be there! (Let's plan for 2010!) Woo-Hoo! PS: Attached is a view from our hotel balcony. Woo. |

Proclamation by the Rhythm Nation: The Rhythm Nation officially recognizes the country of Ecotopia, its President, Vera Allwen, and its architect, Ernest Callenbach. And we look forward to learning more about their society and culture, and implementing many of their examples of modern, ecologically-sound, clean and sustainable living systems. The Rhythm Nation hopes to spread said knowledge far and wide, kicking off an age of responsibility, or Onuissance, that will define our future. Woo! |

Sorry, I require at least three exclamation marks to get out of bed of a morning (I'm not a morning person). One will only pass if you want me out of bed in the afternoon (and there better be a latte on the bedside table). Cheers!!! Marc!!! |
