			Hi,

I am looking for description of the way pagenotes are viewed on kindle. Do they open on different windows or are they displayed at the bottom of the page ? Thanks for your help. Regards |

Are you talking about footnotes? I don't know what you mean by pagenotes. Also, which Kindle or app do you have?

ebook endnotes display as hyperlinks which direct you to the location of the endnote -- usually at the back of the book.

Newer Kindles will also open a popup of the endnote when clicking that link -- it is based on heuristic parsing of the link destination, and is usually pretty good. |

Thank you for this information... I really need to get a hand on a kindle.

But as I am trying to edit some multilingual ebooks, I needed to know the way translation in pagenotes would look like on kindle. Seems very similar to Kobo for the popup. Thank you again Regards François |

Perhaps you should've said something about multilingual endnotes then.

![]() I don't see why they should look any different than they do in the main window. |
