That flap folds flat against the back, and because it is the full height of the device and the Glo HD has a raised bezel I don't see how it could accidentally touch the screen to cause a page turn when closing it.

Here's a picture of the sleepcover when it's open and folded back for reading. http://static.indigoimages.ca/covers...06755_3_hi.jpg I presume that the magnet holds in place. Personally, I think this will be a great improvement over all the other sleepcovers so far. The H20 Sleepcover is spectacularly worthless, since it flops open even with it's own weight, it offere no protection. |

This is a review of the Glo HD in Italian. Looks like it can be opened easily, and the microSD changed for those who wish for larger capacity.

I think , like the other devices, the OS is on this internal card to, so u need to make an image of it, then insert a bigger card, need to re-partition,put back the image before you can use a bigger card, it isn't that difficult, but also not: "open, take out card, insert bigger one,ready"..

The video shows the guts of the device. I see an SD-card. Maybe that can be swapped to increase the capacity. It also slides the light in a dark room. It goes down to zero. So far I've seen an American, German and Italian review. Looks like Kobo is targeting Europe. I'm surprised there are not more reviews. Hopefully we'll see more this week. |

The internal microSD slot and easily opened case to access it is great news.
The pic of the advanced fonts menu shows the combined weight/sharpness slider though, unfortunately contradicting the pic on the Kobo website showing separate sliders. Last edited by GeoffR; 04-22-2015 at 01:41 PM. Reason: trimmed link url |

On my Kobo Glo with 3.12.1 firmware, I also only have 2 sliders, for Font Size and Weight. And just a few weeks ago I finally updated from 2.4.0 on my original Glo so I can't check if it had an extra slider for Sharpness on it or not. So not sure if that means they're doing away with the Sharpness setting, or adding in future firmwares.
