Good morning, everyone! It's a wonderful day to be in love! It's also a good day to celebrate the founding of Bangkok as well as the founding of Rome. Hmmmm... I wonder if that was just coincidence? Anyway, the sun is shinning, the skies bright blue, the temperature is already over 100°f, and I've got a big mug of East India Company's "Royal Breakfast" tea to drink before I take to the highways and byways. 10k walk planned for this morning... I've been experimenting with Electrolyte Replacement powders (they sell a dozen different brands and flavors here... none of them particularly good-tasting!) and have a frosty bottle made up and in the fridge to take with me so I don't die. I don't think dying should be part of my exercise plan.

OK... one more mug of tea, and then it's out the door!

A mug of something from the back of my tea cabinet labelled "Imperial Keemun". I vaguely remember buying this a year ago or so. Actually pretty good. (Keemuns, unlike many teas, actually age quite well.)
