Magazine Subscriptions?

Hi all,

I just bought a new Aura H20 today from Chapters, and so far I'm happy with it. However, I decided to get a few magazine subscriptions as they're free to try for 14 days.
  1. they don't show up under subscriptions on my account on the web. However, if I look at recent purchases, there they are.
  2. They don't show up on the Kobo app, anywhere.
  3. They certainly don't show up on my Aura H20.
  4. They don't appear in the app on my phone. I've not checked my ipad yet.

I am hoping that the H20 can actually handle magazines? Else, I'm going to be frustrated with this. Is it possibly because they are "trial subscriptions"? I kind of want to see what they look like on my reader when formatted by the publisher (without using Pocket to bookmark some web articles from the magazine.)

Any advice? Some bizarre series of logging in / logging out? The Konami code? Anything?

The Kobo Magazines are NOT available on any of the eInk devices; only the Kobo App on Android / ios support magazines.

I will admit I don't know what features are supported on the Windows Phone version of the app. I'll see what I can learn.

They do work just fine on my iPad, and they show up under the "Magazines" and "All" views on my iPhone (although I have never bothered trying to read on my iPhone).

The Reader's Digest is almost perfectly sized to read on my iPad mini without zooming, but I have to zoom in a bit to read Discover.
