You can't look at a plugin and then conclude about the quality of the main program. Seriously have you looked at some of the ad and sometimes adware ridden plugins for chrome? And here we are talking about a field a little bit to long in an free for charge plugin, most likely the result of the translation.

I believe it would be quite accurate to say this specific plugin is lacking multilingual quality.
As stated several times, that does not reflect on any entity other than the independent plugin and its author.
