Well, actually . . . . eggs & sugar & some spice and you've basically got egg nog (non-alcoholic). I luv egg nog.

Or, skip the eggs, too, and just take the sugar by itself. I used to love plain sugar when I was a child; I'd sneak into the sugar jar sometimes and eat some straight. Mom had the most sensitive ears or some kind of sixth sense, though, and usually she could hear me no matter how hard that I tried to keep the jar lid from rattling.

I had some ambivalence about posting this book. The rating, while high, is not as high as that of the books that I like to post. To the other Mobilereaders: the full title is Snacks: Adventures in Food, Aisle by Aisle. This looks like a great book!

This book is published by a major publisher (HarperCollins), has a 5-star rating (over 16 reviews), and is 307 pages long.

At 99 cents, it's a "steal." The print list price is $19.99 and the digital list(?) price is $3.99. While the digital list price is exceptionally cheap, the present markdown to $0.99 still yields a markdown of 75%.

It has recipes in it, but it's much more than just a cookbook.

I encourage you to give it a look!
