You might be interested in the Modifications for bad eyes thread, since those modification concern the font of the dictionary too. You would have to disable/delete the other patches and modify the dictionary patch according to your needs. In the first post of that thread there is also a link to the version for FW 3.3.0. Is there any special reason you stay with FW 3.3.0?

@tshering: Thank you very much for your reply. I did not upgrade my Kobo for a while so it was still in 3.3.0. I have just upgrade it to 3.13.1 (just now). I am reading your thread on Modifications for bad eyes.

I have tried Modifications for bad eyes with FW 3.13.1 in which I've disabled all patches except Dictionary patch font to Gothic. However, the dictionary still uses Georgia font. I have tried to put new patch with dictionary font Verdana but it keeps using Georgia for dictionary. I see that the patch has been applied as the font size of the dictionary popup does changed.

Edit: I have read more carefully Modification for bad eyes thread. When I used font Arial instead of Verdana or Gothic, the dictionary font has changed accordingly. I still got trouble with font title of book in Library. I will try now.
