Banggood hasn't returned my PM on the Boyue T62+

One can pay with Western Union (which is what I want to do).

I can get a 6% discount with a code, and a 5% discount by paying Western Union. I sent them a PM on this - which is what they require in order to complete the order - and they haven't bothered to send me a PM.

Is Banggood really Bangbad?

Or merely incompetent?

I think you'd be getting a faster response through the Live Chat on top of the page under the "Help" menu.

Thank you for the suggestion about using chat.

Unfortunately, I'm going to choose not to use that. My reason is given below:

I specifically contacted through email (the ONLY email address for this type of transaction) and it goes to one person only who is specifically mentioned who deals with Western Union purchases. In other words, he sets up the transaction, and I complete it at my end.

When I'm reading a book on my Icarus Illumina E653 I have to press the refresh button each time I go to the next page. Before the refresh, the text is more bold and not so sharp as after the refresh. It is not so bad that I cannot read the text but there is a significant difference.
Has anyone experienced the same problem? Thanks.

So I emailed them (the main company: Boeye on szboeye.com) and asked for more details about the updates in this new Boyue T62+ and here's the reply:

Do any of you guys have a high-resolution picture of T62(C)'s screen (with front light off)? like this: http://blog.the-ebook-reader.com/wp-...a-vs-pearl.jpg

Apart from the better quality, as far as I know the E-Ink Carta's background color is sorta more creamy like a real paper!

Yeah, I don't know how to tell for sure if it's a Carta or not. The text looks like the top image. The contrast is really good and sharp.

Although, I might not be the best judge for this. I'm coming from a Sony PRS-T1 and a Kindle 3. The screen on the Boyue is leaps and bounds better.

Yes, same for me.
I have set it from the system settings to do full page refresh after each page turn.
Unfortunately that setting does not seem to work with other readers than those two that are pre-installed.

What reader do you use? AlReader has eink settings and I chose to refresh every page. It doesn't do a visible refresh, but the font stays pretty clear. I also use Moon+ Pro and find that if I use the "fade in" page animation the font looks pretty good most of the time.

Did you root T62+ and install Google Play? I really would like to know if we can root it like T62.

Yep. Rooted and Google played. I used nightboy's files that are in his post. Very easy.

The only issue I seem to have, is that I can't get the latest Kindle app to work. Google Play didn't work. Apks didn't either. Except for a modded ver 3.7.something that I used in my PRST1. All the others would load, but then crash before the log in screen.

Anyone have any thoughts on the problem?

I'm using the FB2 Reader but the full refresh setting was 2. I hadn't noticed that I could scroll up and select 1. Much better now Thanks for the help.
