I just got a 20% coupon from the contest, but I hadn't even entered it. I wasn't even aware of its existence, so hadn't even visited the page like dandelioncottage (above) reported. Is this a Kobo screwup, or some more sinister indication of theft of my e-mail address?

Something very strange. Now when I do very broad searches and filter for books that are couponable, nothing shows up. As if nothing is couponable. I've also checked books that I bought with promo codes just last month, and they 'disappear' when I click on the 'couponable books' filter. The prices for these books are still not x.99, so I suspect that the filter is broken. Adds some hassle. Can others confirm?

I think it's absolutely hilarious that Kobo has 'ghost' played first games on behalf of certain account holders.

I hope that someone receives an email notification that they've won a H2O without having entered the Contest.

I'm playing this Contest for the entertainment value ..... what a hoot of a Contest Kobo's holding this time .... ghost players ..... games that have all wrong answers .... mysterious emails to members giving winning vouchers, even though they didn't know that a contest was actually on ..... sheer entertainment value!

(Well the odds are so bad, the books I want to buy can't be discounted and the chance of winning a device so low, that entertainment value really is the only to play!)
