International shipping rates would just about do me. And Houston keeps rejecting it. May have to shunt it off to Chicago. I hear they have some sort of big ass particle accelrator that needs cooling...

This was the scene there in November. The choice of music is questionable. Last edited by Wetdogeared; 12-09-2008 at 11:18 AM. Reason: Added snowman.

Funny how that's done in colo(u)r and yet looks B&W. That could be my street this morning.

Pshrynk, I can feel your pain, but I think a white winter is much more bearable than a grey and rainy one. There´s nothing like summer though....

I was only there for a couple of days, but I really loved what little I saw of Vancouver. It reminded me of Sydney. It had that same outdoors-y vibe, friendliness of people, lovely water-based geography, surrounded by bush and mountains...it was just a little bit cooler than Sydney, and the mountains were a tad more impressive. I think I could live quite happily in Vancouver, if I wanted back into city life. Cheers, Marc |

Vancouver has a magnificent gardens the name of which escapes me right now, but well worth the trip just for that.
