Okay........get a hair dryer blower, and a loooong extension cord. Plug in dryer in outside outlet. Start blowing hot air from sidewalk to car. Continue down street until you arrive where you want to be.

See?? Problem solved.

Sorry for no chapter today folks, but it's been <blank> around here. I downloaded a commercial big-named anti-spyware program and ran it. It totally hosed my email and prevented me from logging on to any web site, even their help site. I am working on a ghost pack of my original install, without e-mail still, and a contract hanging fire need an e-mail response.

oh boy, my deepest sympathies !! that sort of thing makes me crazy. good luck, i hope you get it sorted soon !! we'll still be here waiting (impatiently) for the next chapter, when you do.

I'm currently not ripping up old, thick, invasive tree roots (from a removed Macaranga - macaranga tanarius(?) - that still keeps shooting from said roots)), nor digging five large holes (for two of my favourite trees, Blueberry Ash - elaeocarpus reticulatus - and three Weeping Lilly Pilly trees - waterhousea floribunda) and two smaller holes (for two Ponytail Palms - beaucarnea recurvata), because I've let it get too late, and now it's too hot and sticky and, more to the point, sunburn-y, to be bothered.

hmm.....I have spybot. I also run (firefox) It works fine for me.

That being said, you are correct.....they SHOULD post a notice if its not working with IE. I'm sorry you lost your teltubbies.....big hug.
