Just saying -- I haven't heard of much trouble with the US government's coin and cash warehousing. Admittedly, the number of SKU's is pretty low.

I worked at a Pepsi Warehouse and we were right next to a prison. A couple of escapees were caught hiding in old Pepsi machines while I was there.

A documentary on the warehouses made work sound very brutal. A reporter got a job with them and found he was walking ridiculous distances each night and his route was logged to ensure he was doing the job properly. He had blisters the next night and so was slower and so received a verbal warning. He soon had more verbal warnings (I think the maximum allowed was 4) and was dismissed after about a week. it sounded very draconian.

I'm sure it was intended to sound very "draconian." People that aren't familiar with manual labor are quite often "shocked" at how -- laborious -- it can be. I think the "reporter" was a bit of a wuss, myself. "They made me walk until my widdle feet hurt." How many other huge warehouse gigs did he check out for comparison?

This is the same as a reporter becoming a baggage handler for a story, and complaining about all the bag lifting he had to do.
